I really like this card, and can see it being played if characters with Ward become too prominent

Cloud will need the right equipment to flourish in constructed, but this is fantastic in a Captain America Commander deck

This sort of mana production and extra utility is a lot for a 2-drop, even if it's restricted to a very specific style of deck

Even without all of these block mechanics, filtering through your deck (card drawing) for free each turn is very powerful, but combined with the nature of the block, it put the Looter way over the top

It is very reminiscent of the Alara block with the multi-color emphasis, and appears to be combining the tools from Khans block as well
